Nazif Destani is the founder of Ecolog.
He founded Ecolog over two decades ago as a business providing support services for international peacekeeping forces and related global organizations’ projects during their missions in remote and non-remote locations.
Nazif ’s keen vision to identify international market needs and make strategic business decisions, brought up the centralization of a dispersed market into a united one which revolutionized the industry.
Ecolog, which began as single support-service business, witnessed exponential growth in turnover, employee base, operations, new markets and industries, with a broad global presence and an international team of professionals ready to support clients every day, everywhere.
Later, Nazif stepped down from the day-to-day senior executive role at Ecolog, allowing a pool of experienced C-level executives to take the wheel of Ecolog so that he could drive his new initiative, nd group.
Nazif Destani was awarded among other recognitions, the title ‘Dr. Honoris Causa’ by the South East European University – North Macedonia, for his achievements as an entrepreneur.
Additionally, Nazif Destani is founder and owner of the international investment company ND Group, which invests across a wide range of industries and geographies.
Chief Executive Officer
Ali Vezvaei is the CEO of Ecolog and also serves as the spokesperson of the management board.
Ali, joined Ecolog in June 2019 and oversees the general development of Ecolog and its inclusion of technology as the main drive within Ecolog’s processes.
Prior to Ecolog, Ali was the President and CEO of Bilfinger Middle East, after he had been a driving force in his position of President and CEO at The Linde Group where he completed a 3 year stint. Before the Linde Group, he spent just over a decade at multinational Siemens in several roles, with his most recent position being head of the company’s global oil and gas business.
Ali earned his executive education at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering.
Ali was named by Forbes as a top executive for the Middle East and North Africa for two consecutive years.
Abraham Sabbagh is Ecolog’s Operations Managing Director.
Before being named Operations Managing Director of Ecolog, Abraham served initially as CFO of the division and then promoted to regional COO of Ecolog. Recently, Abraham was the CFO of the mother company of Ecolog, ND Group B.V.
Abraham, has held senior finance and operational roles within a number of multinational businesses.
He began his career in the healthcare industry before acquiring, growing and selling a healthcare business in the US. He later joined a leading contracting company in Dubai as Group CFO securing financing structures and stabilizing the business for acquisition during the 2008 financial crisis. Abraham was CFO for a number of high net worth family businesses in the region, overseeing M&A and consolidation of numerous companies across two continents, before joining a multi-national logistics and infrastructure company as its CFO and later its COO.
Abraham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from University of Nevada-Las Vegas, USA.
Faruk Ademi is the Managing Director of Ecolog .
Faruk joined Ecolog in 2005 as site manager in Iraq, and through the years held various positions within the company.
In 2008 Faruk moved to Afghanistan where he served as Director of Operations before his promotion to General Manager of Operations.
Parallel involvement with the entire company philosophy, led to his assignment as Business Development Director. Congruently with the company’s expansion strategy, he focuses his attention on Oil & Gas Industry, committing his efforts to the implementation of this strategy in the given sector, in the position of Vice President of Business Development, Oil & Gas.
Faruk Ademi holds a Bachelor degree in Law from State University of Tetovo, North Macedonia.
Astrit Krasniqi is the Managing Director of Ecolog.
He joined Ecolog in 2006, as Camp Manager in Iraq. Astrit’s career progressed with his appointment in various executive roles in the years to come. He held the position of Operation Director-Iraq before he was promoted to General Manager of Ecolog International, Dubai.
Astrit has marked numerous milestones, and has been a compliant leader through the implementation of prosperous transitions, up to the point when the scope of his responsibilities encompasses the whole world wide Operation field of Ecolog, on his role as Operation Vice President.
Most recently, Astrit was serving as (something) in Ecolog US.
Astrit Krasniqi earned a Bachelor degree in Management and Computing at Iliria University in Prishtina, Kosovo.
Isni Aziri is the Managing Director of Ecolog.
Isni Aziri joined Ecolog in 2005. During his thirteen years with the company Isni has held a diverse range of operational, business development and managerial roles based in Dubai, Macedonia, Germany and Qatar.
With a broad range of experience and solid understanding of key departments within Ecolog, Isni brings a key strength to lead the HR Department in Dubai, to grow and support development of the entire business and its employees.
Having worked the majority of his career with Ecolog, in multiple locations, remote sites and office, Isni has extensive experience working within a multi-cultural environment.
