If concerns about integrity arise, employees are encouraged to first contact their manager, supervisor, Human Resources, or the Chief Compliance Officer.
If the issue remains unresolved or requires confidentiality, employees can report concerns via telephone or online through the Ecolog Ethics Hotline .

Confidential & Anonymous Reporting

The Ecolog Ethics Hotline is managed by an independent third party and is available 24/7. It provides a secure and confidential reporting structure, with the option to report concerns anonymously.

Investigation & Non-Retaliation Policy

Ecolog thoroughly investigates every report and responds swiftly and consistently under our Corporate Ethics and Compliance Program. We strictly prohibit any form of retaliation or reprisal against employees who raise concerns in good faith.
